Here is the skinny.
You the Rat (You must be a rat in good standing for at least 6 months) write an anonymous story and post it here....
DO NOT LIST YOUR RAT NAME OR REAL NAME ON THE POSTED STORY!!!
Then email the same story to me with your real name and Rat Name...

What should the anonymous story be about... It should be about why you need to get to RatFest and why for some reason you can not afford to get here...
It does not have to be true... So make it totally outlandish and fill it with lies if you so desire!

You all have two (that's 2) weeks (14 days) from today to get your shit together... At the end of the two weeks I will tally up the votes and announce a winner...
Transportation to ratfest will come in any given form...
Bus, train, car, plane, burrow etc. Once you are at Ratfest you will be responsible for feeding and cleaning yourself. I will supply you space by the goats and a sleeping bag if needed...
I also reserve the right not to pick a winner...
