I think a single batch made to serve 25 would be good as other food is already planned and it will reduce the cost.
Cruz is bringing the crab meat. I just need to be able to get some small shrimp and oysters. I can skip the oysters and frozen ship will work.
I will will need to make a bunch of rice too. Anyone have a rice cooker/steamer?
