6.6 lbs Northwestern weizen extract
8 oz wheat malt (steep 30 minutes)
4 oz crystal malt (steep 30 min)
1 oz Hallertau hops (2.8 aa)
Yeast: Wyeast, Bavarian Wheat
steep grains and extract sweet wort, add to 6 gallons boiling water.
Add 6.6 lbs malt extract. Boil down to 5 1/2 gallons, add hops for 10
minutes. Chill to 60 degrees and add yeast.
Ferment for 6 days and put in secondary for 14 days. Bottle!
