Yeast: Wyeast 3333
Yeast Starter: 1.5L
Batch Size: 22.5L [5gal]

Boiling Time: 30min
Primary Fermentation: 1 Week
Secondary Fermentation: 10 days

Grain Bill:

250g Munich, 500g Pale malted Barley, 250g Malted Wheat, 250g Caramunich

Hop Bill:

20g Hersbrucker,20g Hallertau 30min boil, 12g Hallertau dry Hop.
Amount differs with A/A range

Mash Schedule:

10L water with grains raise to 66-68c for one hour,
Sparge with 5L of 76-78c slowly.
Boil 5L [approx] for 30min with hops, remove from heat and add 1.5Kg of Liquid Wheat Extract.
Cool to 25c

Brewers Notes:

Pitch Wyeast3333 starter at 25c Add 12g dry hops.
