Brewing Method: All Grain
Yeast: Wyeast 3056 wehienstephen, or whatever
Yeast Starter:
Batch Size: 6 gallons
Original Gravity: 1.044
Final Gravity: 1.010
Alcohol Content: %
Total Grains: 12 lbs
Color: 12
Extract Efficiency: 75 %
Hop IBU's: 9
Boiling Time: 1 hours
Primary Fermentation: 7 days
Secondary Fermentation: 7 days
Additional Fermentation:

Grain Bill:

6lbs of wheat
6lbs two row

Hop Bill:

.75 oz hallertaur 15 minutes into the boil
.50 oz hallertaur aroma

Mash Schedule:

Start at 124F for about 20 minutes then mash out at around 154F or so. Usually converts in less than an hour. Sparge out with boiling water to draw off seven gallons

Brewers Notes:

Great beer. Made this style several times with minor tinkering for each one. Great every time. Real straight forward and simple all grain recipe
