Brewers Notes:

No special instructions. This an excellent, easy to make beer. Bottle with 3/4 C corn sugar. Took a while to build up a head, say 3 weeks after bottling. My basement is cool at 66 degrees and I ended up placing the bottles in a heated room to build up the carbonation.
