All grain recipe for 5 US gallons.

3# malted wheat
4# 6 row malted barley
1/2# German Munich malt
1/3# chocolate malt
1/2 oz. Northern Brewer (3.75 HBU)
1/3 oz. Willamette hops (2.3 HBU)
Wyeast Bavarian Wheat Ale yeast
1.25 cups DME for bottling

Step infusion mash with the following rests:
20 minutes at 113 degrees F (d.F)
20 minutes at 122 d.F.
60 minutes at 150 d.F.
20 minutes at 156 d.F.
Mash out at 165 d.F.

OG = 1.049
TG = 1.009

Primary fermentation: 6 days at 68 d.F.
Secondary fermentation: 27 days at 68 d.F.
