Design your own recipes around our economical bulk extracts. This recipe produces a light,
underhopped, and cloudy beer which is brewed in Germany during the summer - refreshing! Can be
brewed with any yeast but the two liquid varieties specified make it much more authentic.

7 lb. RMBS wheat malt extract
1 oz. Liberty hops (5 HBU) for bittering
1/4 oz. Liberty hops for aroma
Cat. No. 4025 or 4060 liquid yeast
3/4 cup corn sugar for priming

Start liquid yeast several days ahead of time and brew when package is fully inflated. Boil extract
and bittering hops together for 1 hour in two gallons of water to sterilize and blend flavors. Often
served with a slice of lemon.
