Grain Bill:

1/2 lb. 20L Crystal Malt
1/2 lb. Cara Pils Dextrin
6.6 lbs Briess Bavarain Wheat Extract

Hop Bill:

1 oz. Perle 7.2 percent for 60 min
1 oz. Hallertau for 20 min

Brewers Notes:

Add Crushed grains to grain bag and heat in 2 gallons water. Just before water boils remove grains and sparge. Remove from heat and add extract. Heat to boil add Perle hops. At 40 minute mark add Hallertau hops. At 45 minute mark add 1/2 tsp Irish moss. Complete at 60 minutes. Remove and cool to 75 degrees. Mix with 3 gallons cool water and pitch yeast. Primary 7 days move to secondary for 10 days. Bottle with 3/4 cup corn sugar. Age 21 days then drink. Yum!
