Batch Size: 5 Gallons
Original Gravity: 1.058
Final Gravity: 1.014
Alcohol Content: 7.5 %
Total Grains: 9.5 lbs
Color: Pale
Extract Efficiency: %
Hop IBU's:
Boiling Time: 1.5 hours
Primary Fermentation: 14 days
Secondary Fermentation: none
Additional Fermentation: None

Grain Bill:

7.5 lbs 2 row british pale malt
2 lbs wheat

Hop Bill:

1 3/4oz Goldings 5.9% Alpha or about 10HBU for full boil

Mash Schedule:

1.5 hours @ 155 degrees
Sparge 8 gallons@ 180 degrees

Brewers Notes:

Use 2lbs clover honey at high boil
Add Geletine at kegging time for clearing (clears nicely with a tiny bit of chill haze)

May want to add 1/4-1/2lb flaked barley in mash for better head retention.
