Grain Bill:

4# can Alexander's Wheat Extract (60% wheat, 40% barley)
1kg + 4 oz Wheat Dry Malt Extract
1# Alberta Creamed Honey
3/4# Light pale Dry Malt Extract

1 x 425g pack frozen raspberries c/w sugar syrup
- added to secondary

Hop Bill:

0.25 oz Perle pellets, 8.1, 60 mins
0.5 oz domestic Hallertau, lf, 4.0 - 30 mins
0.5 oz domestic Saaz, lf, 4.1 - 7 mins

Mash Schedule:

Full mash boil. Started boil @ 26.0 litres

Brewers Notes:

This is a wonderful, refreshing, easy to make summer beer. There is only a slight hint of raspberries. The raspberry seeds, etc float and went right through my bottle filler. Maybe try to filter them out? Most of the floaties end up with the yeast at bottom of bottle. ENJOY and let me know if you try this one. Cost about $30 CAD.
