Warlock's Maple Lager

1.9kg - English Brown Ale Kit
500ml - 100% PURE Maple Syrup
1.0kg - Cooper's Light Malt Syrup

10grams - Willamette Hop Pellet(finishing) (optional- if you like a
strong hoppped beer)

1 package Amsterdam Lager Yeast


Bring 3 litres of water to boil, add Brown ale kit, maple syrup, malt
syrup. Boil for 20 mins. Add hop pellets and turn off heat, wait
5 mins. Strain in to primary fermentor, top up water to 23 litres.
Add yeast at 25C. After five days move to secondary fermentor and
let sit 2-3 weeks. Then bootle with 1cup corn sugar, and age for
1 - 2 months.
