Batch Size: 3 U.S. gallons

Final Gravity: 1.013

Total Grains: 6 U.S. punds

Hop IBU's: 26
Boiling Time: 60 minutes
Primary Fermentation: 5 days @ 72
Secondary Fermentation: 9 days @ 72
Additional Fermentation: none

Grain Bill:

5 lbs. 2 row malt
8 ozs. crystal 10
8 ozs. honey malt
1 lb clover honey

Hop Bill:

.5 oz. Hersbrucker @ 4.9% for 60 minutes
.5 oz. Hersbrucker @ 4.9% for 30 minutes
1 tsp. rosemary to steep
1 each zest and juice of a large lemon

Mash Schedule:

Mash @ 153 for 60 minutes

Brewers Notes:

This is the all grain version of a extract/specialty grain batch I brewed earlier this year. The extract/specialty grain batch came out real good, this version should be even better and will be the one I use the next time that I brew this beer.
As usual adjust the amounts to reflect your set up and/or larger batch size.
