Grain Bill:

8 lbs pale malt extract
1/2 lb crystal 120L, chocolate

Hop Bill:

2 oz cascade 6.1 60 min
1/2 oz cascade 6.1 5 min
1 oz cascade 6.1 Dry hopp

Mash Schedule:

steep grain at 155F 30 min. in 4 gals. water. Strain out grain, add 2-1/2 gals. water bring to boil and add extract. Boil 60 min.

Brewers Notes:

Thaw one bag frozen razzberries, crush and steep in 155F water for 15 min. Strain and add liquid to cooled wort along with 1/2 oz pectic enzyme. Pitch yeast. Bottle with 3/4 cup corn sugar.
