Ian's right this does like to boil over, but after I added it to the fermenter it didn't even do a damn thing until after the second day something tells me I did something wrong but I don't know what. any way I fermented for a week but I probably could have fermented longer. when it's done bubling syphone it into a bottling bucket and add the 4 oz of raspberry extract. this is suposed to have enough sugar in it to cabonate it, but it doesn't.
After bottling let sit for at least a month.
The tatse - it's suprisingly good. sort of creamy. 1 will warm your belly, 2 will make you feel good 3 will put you to sleep... well maybe not. but it's still an excelent beer
In the future I would also add priming sugar with the raspberry extract and maybe some lactose - hey the chics dig it.
