after 7 day in primary 1.016
pasturize 8 lbs crushed peaches and 1/2 oz crushed coriander seeds
for 30 min @ 160F, cool and add to empty secondary fermenter. Rack
primary into secondary. Rack after 7 days in secondary, F.G. 1.015.
