Yeast Starter: 1/2 gallon at high krausen
Batch Size: 17 US GALLONS

Final Gravity: 1.012
Alcohol Content: 5.8 %
Total Grains: 36 US Pounds
Color: 12.4
Extract Efficiency: 80 %
Hop IBU's: 26.2
Boiling Time: 90 minutes
Primary Fermentation: 5 days @ 54f
Secondary Fermentation: 10 days @ 50f
Additional Fermentation: Cold Lager in Brite tank for 30 days @ 34f

20.00 lb. Pilsner 2-row
3.00 lb. Crystal 40L
3.00 lb. Vienna

Hop Bill:

3.00 oz. HALLERTAU U.S. 4.5% 60 min
3.00 oz. HALLERTAU U.S. 4.5% 45 min
2.00 oz. HALLERTAU U.S. 4.5% 35 min

4.00 oz. Tettnanger 3.8% 20 min
4.00 oz. Tettnanger 3.8% 10 min

This Marzen has taken quite a few ribbons and is just full of malt and flavor.
