Yeast: WL Southern German Lager
Yeast Starter: Nope, that's right, I underpitch!
Batch Size: 5 gal

Alcohol Content: 6.5 %
Total Grains: 4.5lb
Color: ?
Extract Efficiency: ? %
Hop IBU's: ?
Boiling Time: 60m
Primary Fermentation: 4 weeks @ 48 F
Secondary Fermentation: 2 months @55-60F
Additional Fermentation: 2 weeks @ 38 F

Grain Bill:

3 lb 6-row (toast 1 lb at 350F for 10 mins in oven)
.25 Carahell
.25 Carafoam
.25 Crystal (60L)
.25 dextrin
.5 Munich (dark)

Hop Bill:

1 oz. Spalt (boiling)
1/2 oz. Hallertauer Hers (boiling)
1 oz. Hallertauer Hers (First Stage Hopped, just add into you mash when you add your grains, really balances everything out well!)
1/4 oz. Willamette

Sparge with 2 gallons @ 170F
