Brewing Method: Partial Mash
Yeast: Wyeast Danish Lager
Yeast Starter: 1 US Gallon
Batch Size: 15 US Gallons
Original Gravity: 1.052
Final Gravity: 1.007
Alcohol Content: ~5 %
Total Grains: 15 LB
Color: 3
Extract Efficiency: ~85 %
Hop IBU's: 22
Boiling Time: 90 min
Primary Fermentation: 1 Week ~50 F
Secondary Fermentation: 2 Weeks 66 F
Additional Fermentation: Lager 3 Weeks 45 F

Grain Bill:

15 LB Lager Malt
7 LB Munton's Super Light Liquid extract

Hop Bill:

2 OZ 9.9 AA Sticklebracht 90 min
1.5 OZ Hallertauer Hersbrucker 15 min

Mash Schedule:

Treat water with two tsps of Gypsum .
Mash 1 QT per gallon at 125 F for 30 min
Mash at 148 F for 90 min
Sparge with 6 Gallons of water at 170 F
