1 can Mount Mellick Light Lager
2lbs. Extra Light Drymalt
1 1/2 oz. Hallertau Hops.
Bring gallon of cold water to a boil. Remove from heat and add can of Light Lager and 2lbs of drymalt. Bring
back to a boil. Add 1 oz. of Hallertau hops and simmer for 20 minutes. At the last minute of simmer add 1/2
hallertau.
