Ingredients
1 can munton light extract
1/2 oz hallertau
1/2 oz cascade
2 lbs wheat
4 whole orange peels
Boil wheat in resin bag fo approximetly 30 min, then add extact and
cascade and steep for 30 min, add hallertau and boil for 15 min
then add orange peel and boil for 10 min, use a one stage fermentation'
so that the krausen is removed and ferment for around 10 days or longer
the result is a dry wheat beer with an orange afterglow, smooth and refreshing with light
alcohol, but full body.
