Yeast Starter: 1 quart starter at high krausen
Batch Size: 5 US gallons
Original Gravity: 1.050
Final Gravity: 1.006
Alcohol Content: 5.7 %
Total Grains: 6.5 US pounds
Color: 2.6
Extract Efficiency: 100 %
Hop IBU's: 11.1
Boiling Time: 75 minutes
Primary Fermentation: 10 days @ 55 f
Secondary Fermentation: 10 days @ 48 f
Additional Fermentation:

Grain Bill: 4.50 lb. Light Malt Extract Syrup
2.00 lb. Light Dry Malt Extract

Hop Bill: 1.00 oz. Hallertau 4.9% 20 min
1.00 oz. Hallertau 4.9% 1 min

Mash Schedule: NONE

Brewers Notes: Bring gallon of cold water to a boil. Remove from heat and add can of
Light Lager and 2lbs of drymalt.

Bring back to a boil. Add 1 oz. of Hallertau hops and simmer for 20
minutes. At the last minute of simmer add 1/2 hallertau.

Add enough cold water (60f) to your wort until you achieve 5.5 gallons
of wort.
