Continental Lager

Extract/partial grain

4# pale LME
2.5# glucose
1/2# pale malt grain
20g Northern Brewer hops (40 mins boil)
28g Hallertau hops (40 mins boil)
20g Saaz hops (last 10 mins)
Lager Yeast

Put grains in 1 gallon of water and bring to a boil. Strain out grains
and add LME and 2 more gallons of water. Bring to a boil and add
Northern Brewer and Hallertau hops. Boil 30 minutes and add Saaz hops
for last 10 minutes of boil. Remove from heat and let it rest for 15
minutes. Add to 2 gallons of water in a primary fermenter and cool to
68F. Pitch yeast and ferment at 60F for 1 week. Rack to a secondary
fermenter and store at 34F for 3 weeks. Bottle or keg, priming with
3/4 cup of corn sugar. Allow to condition at room temperature for
another week, cool to 45F and ENJOY!
