Extract Efficiency: 75 %
Hop IBU's: 28.1
Boiling Time: 90 minutes
Primary Fermentation: 4 weeks @ 52F
Secondary Fermentation: none
Additional Fermentation: 3 months-Lager@33F

Grain Bill:

18 lbs Chariot Pilsner
1 lb-Chocolate Malt
3 lbs-Pale Malt

Hop Bill:

1 oz-Hersbrucker Perle-7.25%AA-60min.
2 oz-Hersbrucker Perle-7.25%AA-15min.
1 oz-Hersbrucker Perle-7.25%AA-0 min.

Mash Schedule:

152F for 90 minutes.
