Brewing Method: Extract
Yeast: Wyeast California lager
Yeast Starter: I use @ 16-20 oz starter
Batch Size: 5 US

Boiling Time: 60 minutes
Primary Fermentation: 5 days
Secondary Fermentation: 10 days

Grain Bill:

6 lbs light malt extract
1 lb light DME

Specialty grain
1 lb 60l crystal

Hop Bill:

1oz Northen brewer 60 minute
1oz Cascade 20 minutes
1oz Cascade end of boil

Mash Schedule:

Crack grain place in muslin boiling bag, steep at @ 170F for 20 minutes, sparge. Add mlat extract and DME slowly, bring to boil
Add hops per above. Irish moss 1 tspn last 15 minutes.

Brewers Notes:

Ice bath to cool. Rack to primary and pitch yeast. Primary ferment 5 days, did fine with fermentation lock, did not need blow off hose. Rack to secondary for 10 days. 3/4 cup corn sugar for priming. I kegged most of this, but did well in bottle as well. Nice hop character, balanced by malts. A bit hazy since I can't lager (currently) but, 1 month at lager temps would clear most of the haze I bet. Will be doing this regularly. Great session or party beer for your friends that are not into "dark beer".
