Black Rock Bock
1.5 kg Amber liquid malt extract
500g Wheat malt extract
30g Hallertau hop pellets
Wyeast California lager

Bring 4 litres of water to the boil then remove from heat. Dissolve the contents of the kit, malt and wheat
extracts and return to the boil. Add hops and boil for 45 minutes. Strain into a fermenter. Makes 20 litres.
Pitch yeast at 26C, ferment at 13-18C. After bottling keep bottles at 18C for 10 days then store around 0C
for a few months. For those that love a really malty beer with a suttle kick then climb no further, this
bocks for you. The results of the lagering will reward you with smooth pleasures indeed.
