Cereal Mash
1)5lbs Corn-ground
2)2 1/2lbs Pale 6-row
3)2 gallons water
*Dough in 2 gallons water @ 136F to hit 122F,stir constanly
*1st rest 135F-15 min
*2nd rest 152F-60min look for turpid or clear
*Cool to 132F
*Add to main mash w/5 gallons of !32F water to dough in at 122F
*Proceed with main mash
