ADD GRAIN AND 1.75 GAL.BOILING WATER,BRING TEMP.
TO 150 AND HOLD FOR 3/4 HOUR. RAISE TEMP.TO 158
AND HOLD FOR 15 MIN.
RAISE TO 167 FOR 5-10 MIN.AND SPARGE.
