Notes:
This is an all grain adaptation of the Olde Smiling Jackass recipe
from Strange Brewer....I've taken liberty of adjusting the malts on
speculation of the combination of the extracts....I will also be first
wort hopping with the Fuggles..

Mash in with 5 gallons of 175F water to get 155F
Hold for 60 min
Add 1 gallon boiling water to bring to 158F
Hold for 30 min
Add 2 gallons boiling water for mashout

Sparge with 5 gallons 170F water to collect 8 gallons of liquor

Boil for 2 hours to net 6 gallons of wort

Add Cascade hops in hopback

Pitch 3/4 gallon starter of Sierra Nevada yeast

Thanks for the inspiration Strange!!
