Yeast: EDME dry
Yeast Starter: 2 pkgs/quart last wort runnings
Batch Size: 6 US gallons
Original Gravity: 1.070
Final Gravity: 1.018
Alcohol Content: 6.9 %
Total Grains: 13# US
Color: 16
Extract Efficiency: 75 %
Hop IBU's: 33
Boiling Time: 60 minutes
Primary Fermentation: 10 days @ 65*F
Secondary Fermentation: 14 days @ 65*F
Additional Fermentation:

Grain Bill:

11 lb. US Pale Ale Malt
1.5 lb. 10*L US Crystal
0.5 lb. US Chocolate Malt
1 # Turbinado (15 min. boil)

Hop Bill:

2.5 oz. Mt. Hood @ 5.3% Alpha Acid - 60 minutes
1 oz. Liberty @ 3.4% Alpha Acid - 5 minutes

Mash Schedule:

1 quart mash liquor per pound grains (13 quarts), Single Temp. Infusion Mash @ 154*F until conversion. 6.5 gallons sparge liquor adjusted to 5.5 pH, runoff and sparge to collect 7.5 gallons wort in brewpot.
