Yeast Starter: 2000ml
Batch Size: 10 US Gallons
Original Gravity: 1.060
Final Gravity: 1.020
Alcohol Content: ~5% %
Total Grains: 24 Pounds
Color: 52.1
Extract Efficiency: 68 %
Hop IBU's: 45.1
Boiling Time: 90 Minutes
Primary Fermentation: 14 days @ 68 degrees
Secondary Fermentation: 7 days @ 68 degrees

Grain Bill:

16 lbs. 2-row pale malt
1 lb. Cara-Pils
2 lbs Crystal 60
1 lb. Chocolate
1 lb. Black Patent
1 lb Roasted Barley
2 lb. Flaked Barley

Hop Bill:

1.5 oz. 13%AA Chinook for 60 min.
2 oz. 5%AA Fuggle for 10 min.

Mash Schedule:

Single-step infusion mash at 154 degrees. Sparge with 175 degree water.
