Mash Schedule:
Mash in 8 gal water at 165, settled at 154 for 90 min, single infusion, sparge at 170 to get ten 12 gallons.
Brewers Notes:
Boil for 90 min, I added wort to make up for that lost in the boil. Cool and pitch starter, I had high kreusen by the next day, had to put a blowoff hose on. This is a big beer, adjust grain amounts according to your own extract efficiency or you may over shoot the gravity, but then that would not be so bad....
