Wheat Stout

This is an all grain reciepe for a killer stout, note that i had only %50 extraction so adjust your grain bill accordingly.


2 lbs of Wheat malt
5 lbs of Pale malt
1 lb of roast barley
.5 lbs of black patent
.5 lbs of 40L crystal

hopps:

1.5 oz of kent goldings for 60
0.5 oz of kent goldings for 20

first mash for 20 min. at 130 deg
2nd mash for 60 min at 152.

Wyeast 1056, fermented for 7 days at 70 deg. f
