Secondary Ferment 9 days

Starting Gravity 1.081
Ending Gravity 1.020

SMR 40.3

Bottle: This beer is a very high alochol content and needs to age for some time. So if you are in a hurry to brew and drink try a IPA. This batch has been ageing for 3 months and is starting to mellow a bit.
so Don't Worry RELAX Had Have A HomeBrew!!!
