Try this one, its a minor modification of the in house receipe for Scots Ale at my favorite BOP.
SCOTCH EXPORT ALE (Kilmallen's Claymore)
This is a ten imperial gallon batch, modify as necessary.

Initial Ingredients:
HOPS : . . . . Northern Brewer 80 g
EDME MALT EXTRACT:
Ale . . . . . 11 kg
Wheat . . . . 250 g
RAW GRAINS: Crystal . . . 280 g
Middle Ingredients:
FININGS: . . . Irish Moss 1/2 Scoop
Finishing Ingredients:
HOPS: . . . . Fuggles . . . . 30g
Added to a primary fermenter:
DRY YEAST: . . . . Ale . . . 1/2 Scoop
