Primary Fermentation: 8 days 63F
Secondary Fermentation: 14 days 60F

6 lb Briess 2-row
4 oz Carapils
4 oz Briess Munich
6 oz Roasted Barley

Hop Bill:

1 oz Kent Goldings(4.8%) 45 min.

Mash Schedule:

Single infusion
153F 60 min
165F 10 min

Brewers Notes:

Collected first gallon of runnings and boiled down to 1 quart. Was really trying to do a Scottish light and ended up not collecting quite enough for the 5 gallon batch. Chose not to top off because I was brewing for SNOTY.
