Yeast: 15 g of Coopers Ale Yest
Yeast Starter:
Batch Size: 5 gal

Total Grains: 1.5 # lov. 80 Crystal
Color: pale red

1.5 # crystal (cracked for steeping)

2 oz cascade of boiling,
