2.2 lbs 40l crystal malt
0.4 lbs Black Patent Malt
.55 lbs Chocolate Malt
1 lb Demerera Sugar
1 lb Rolled oats
1.1 lbs Wheat malt

1 ounce of Saaz (5 mins)

Mash Schedule:

Single step 156 degree mash. Mashout at 168 degrees. Add Demerera Sugar before boil.

Brewers Notes:

Just put it in the bottle the other day. Smells heavenly. Think there's a little too much alcohol in there for a AHA approved porter, but should be good in a month or so.
