Hop IBU's: 34.2
Boiling Time: 90 min
Primary Fermentation: 68F for 1 week
Secondary Fermentation: 68F for 10 days

9.50 lb. Briess Pale Ale 3L
2.00 lb. Belgian Munich 7L
9.00 oz. Belgian Caramel Pilsner 7.9L
6.50 oz. Blegian CaraMunich 60L
4.50 oz. Belgian Special-B 120L
9.00 oz. Belgain Chocolate 415L
2.25 oz. Belgian Black 600L

Hop Bill:

0.50 oz. Yakima Magnum 14.7% 60 min
1.00 oz. Fuggles 4.5% 10 min
1.00 oz. Willamette 5.3% 2 min

Mash Schedule:

Single infusion mash at 155F for 90 min. - 1.25 quarts/pound
Mashout at 165F for 10 min. - ~ 1 gallon boiling water
Sparge at 168F to yield 8 gallons - 60 min. - ~ 5 gallons water

Brewers Notes:

For "Flag Porter" use the appropriate English Ale yeast and EKG hops.
