Primary Fermentation: 66-68F 10 days
Secondary Fermentation: 66-68F 14 days

11.00 lb. M&F Pale Ale
1.00 lb. Belgian Munich
0.50 lb. Belgian Caramel Pilsner
0.50 lb. Belgian Aromatic
0.25 lb. Briess Crystal 40L
0.50 lb. Briess Flaked Barley

Hop Bill:

0.50 oz. Yakima Magnum 13.6% 60 min.
0.50 oz. Yakima Magnum 13.6% 15 min.
1.00 oz. Cascade 5.9% 5 min.
1.00 oz. Cascade 5.9% 0 min.

Mash Schedule:

Mash in at 155F with 4.5 gallons of water at 169F - 90 min.
Mashout with ~ 1 gallon of water at 212F for 10 min.
Sparge with ~ 4.5 gallons of water at 168F to reach 8 gallons in the pot - 1 hour.

Brewers Notes:

Carb with 3/4 cup of dextrose. Ready to drink in a few weeks. I love this hop combination.
