Mash:
7.5# domestic 2-row
3/8# Chocolate malt
1/2# 40L crystal
1# 60L crystal
1/2# Victory malt
1 oz Black malt
1/4# Wheat malt

Hops:
1.5 oz Styrian Goldings Plugs(5.3%) 80 minutes of boil
.5 oz Cascade Plugs(5.8%) Final 15 minutes of boil
1.0 oz Cascade Plugs(5.8%) Final 1 minute of boil

Yeast: Wyeast 1056, American Ale, in starter

Irish moss, final 15 minutes of boil

Mash one hour 159F. Boil 90 minutes. O.G.=1.053, F.G.=1.011
