Extract and Specialty grain recipe

6.6 lbs Northwestern Dark Unhopped Extract
1 lb Crystal Malt (10L)
1/2 lb Roasted Barley
1/4 lb Chocolate Malt
1/4 lb Black Patent malt
1 oz Northern Brewer Hop Pellets (45 min.)
1/2 oz Cascade Hop Pellets (20 min.)
1/2 oz Fuggles Hop Pellets (5 min.)
1 Tsp Irish Moss (15 min.)
Stout/Porter yeast (Prestarted Head Start Brew Cultures #190)

Place grains in 3 gallons cold water. Bring to boil and remove from
heat. Remove grains and add other ingredients as noted. Cool and
pitch yeast. Transfer to secondary after 4 days.

OSG---->1.046
Final-->1.010

Was suppose to be a porter, but turned out to be a decent brown ale.
