3.30 lb. Northwestern Gold Malt Extract Syrup
2.00 lb. Munton's Light Dry Malt Extract
0.50 lb. corn sugar

Hop Bill:

1.00 oz. Mt. Hood 4.8% 50 min
1.00 oz. Mt. Hood 4.8% 30 min
1.00 oz. Liberty 4.5% 10 min

I don't normally use corn sugar but, I had nothing else on hand to boost the O.G. so I used corn sugar. Got good results too.

--Follow normal brewing procedures.
--2tsp gypsum.
--1tsp Irish Moss 30 min. into boil.
--3/4 cup corn sugar for priming.
