Boiling Time: 60 Min
Primary Fermentation: 5 days at 67 F
Secondary Fermentation: 10 days at 66 F

Grain Bill:

Steep crystal for 30 minutes at 155F in 3 QT. Strain and add to boil water.

3.3 # Can of Extra Light Liquid Extract(Muttons)
3.3 # Can of Wheat Liquid Extract (Muttons)

Hop Bill:

.5 oz Willamette 4.5%(60min)
.5 oz Willamette 4.5%(35 min)
.5 Oz Mt Hood 4% (15 min)
1 oz Czech Saaz (1 min)

Brewers Notes:

Boiled 3 gallons total for 60 minutes. Added 1 tsp irish moss for last 30 minutes. Cooled using Snow Bank to 120 F and added to 33F filtered water. Pitched vial of yeast (lots bigger than wyeast). Added isinglass liquid at secondary. Bottled with 5/8 cup of corn sugar. Aged in bottles 2 weeks at 65F then Lager in fridge for 4 weeks at 35 F.

Very Clear and nice light malt flavor.
