Batch Size: 5 gallons US
Original Gravity: 1.040
Final Gravity: 1.009
Alcohol Content: 4.4 %
Total Grains: 10 #'s
Color: 4
Extract Efficiency: 70 %
Hop IBU's: 26
Boiling Time: 60 min
Primary Fermentation: 7 days @ 70*
Secondary Fermentation: 18 days @ 68*

Grain Bill:

7.5 lbs. briess 2-row
1 lb wheat Malt
1 lb Vienna Malt
.5 lb Briess cara-pils Dextrine

Hop Bill:

.5 oz Amarillo leaf 8.8 %AAU's 60 minutes
.5 oz Hallertau leaf 4.2 %AAU's 30 minutes
.5 oz Hallertau leaf 4.2 %AAU's 00 minutes

Mash Schedule:

Mashed @ 154*F for 80 minutes
Mash out @ 168*F for 10 minutes

Brewers Notes:

-I did a batch sparge with this recipe. I didn't add the extra pound of grain so my O.G. is on the low side.
-I added Irish Moss with 20 minutes left in the boil.
-Liquid Isinglass added to secondary 3 days before bottling.
