This is the first recipe that I brewed on my new 3 tier system. It was
brewed on 12/8/96 and I got a total of 11 gallons of fermentables.
I also got a 85% extraction rate (I could get used to this!) so your
OG might be lower or hell... maybe even higher ;)

Being my first experience with the 3 tier system this brewing session was
anything but smooth! but still I came out with a fantastic clear brew.
The extraction rate almost made me fall over as I have been stuck at
about 75-80% for quite a while.
This was also the first brew that I have made with my new adjustable
JSP MALTMILL. I ground 25.5 pounds of grain in about 5-7 minutes and
was very impressed.
