Pale, American 2 Row 22.50 Chinook 11.8 2.50 60
Crystal 40, American 2.00 Willamette 4.7 1.00 30
Victory, American 1.50 Willamette 4.7 1.00 15
Cara-pils, American 0.50 Cascade 4.2 1.00 0
Barley, Roasted 0.25
Miscellaneous Ingredients
Yeast: American Ale Sludge Gypsum - 3 Tbsp
Irish Moss - 3 Tbsp

Combined grains with 10g 165F water. To rest at 156F. After 1.5 hours
temp @ 152F and converted. Sparged to 13g and boiled for 1 hour.
Chilled, boosted volume to 12g & aerated. Pitched yeast from bottom
of a secondary.
