Yeast Starter:
Batch Size: 10 Gallons
Original Gravity: 1.065
Final Gravity: 1.010
Alcohol Content: 7.5 %
Total Grains: 25.5 Lbs
Color:
Extract Efficiency: %
Hop IBU's: 68
Boiling Time: 120 Minutes
Primary Fermentation: 7 Days @ 68 Degs
Secondary Fermentation: 10 Days
Additional Fermentation: 3Rd For 7 Days

Grain Bill:

24 Lbs Pale
24 Oz Cara Pils
20 Oz Victory Malt

Hop Bill:

4 Oz Cascade 30 Min into boil.
12 Oz 5 minutes befor boil ends
Dry hop 4 oz Cascade in 2ndary + 1/4oz Nugget
Dryhop 2 oz Nugget in 3Rd

Mash Schedule:

Single Step / 2 Hours

Brewers Notes:

Serious Boquet!!! So floral it's almost green. Great. No overkill on the bittering hops.
