Ban the Nets IPA is an India pale ale with a nutty malty quality and is high in
hop bitterness. It is best to let this one mellow for one month before drinking it.
The recipe includes toasted malt which I recommend making at home by
spreading pale malt thinly on a cookie sheet and baking it at 250F for 10
minutes. (Don't worry if it starts to pop!) This beer holds a head well. Be
carefull not to overcarbonate it.
