Primary Fermentation: 8 days at 68 degrees
Secondary Fermentation: 7 days at 68 degrees

Grain Bill:

9.3lbs.Light malt syrup 1/2 lb.dark crystal 1/4lb.d.w.c.caramel pils.

Hop Bill:

1oz.Chinooks 11% 60min. 2oz.Hallertau Mittelfrueh 4.8%for30 min. 2oz.Tettnang Tettnanger 3.2%for 15 min. 1oz.KentGoldings steeping 1/2oz. KentGoldings dry hop.

I let bottle condition for about 2 weeks and was very bitter and malty.After about a month it was great!With excellent head with one cup of corn sugar at bottling.
